3-24-20 Update: We are open!

We write today with the hope that this message finds you and your family in good health. It has become clear to all of us by now that the Coronavirus will touch every corner of our lives. As we continue to adapt to this new reality, we keep you - our clients - in our thoughts and prayers.

Please know that our doors remain open. We know that you depend on us, and we remain committed to assisting you during this challenging time. Please call upon arrival and we will assist you.

Please note that our hospital policies continue to change as we receive guidance on how best to mitigate the risk posed to our staff. Our medical and administrative team are risking their own health and safety in order to ensure the continued care of our patients. As such, we appreciate your patience and your kindness.

If you are sick with a fever and/or respiratory symptoms (cough, difficulty breathing), please do not visit the office. Call us and we will provide appropriate guidance.

We urge our community to continue to act with compassion and care, and take all necessary precautions to protect yourselves and each other. We are all in this together.

"The degree of concern - especially during the pandemic - was extraordinary. We were there way after ordinary hours and still all our concerns were addressed without ever feeling the slightest rushed!"

"In these trying times, the staff was wonderful as always."

"We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the care everyone exhibited during this difficult time. And as always, everyone there is pleasant, kind, and professional."

"As always, we were so happy to be at Brook Farm. I was so happy the way you organized the patients in this crisis. We were very comfortable."

Patterson's Only AAHA-Accredited Animal Hospital

Unlike human hospitals, veterinary practices have no requirement to be evaluated by an independent organization or the government. At Brook Farm, we devote time, energy, and resources into our facility, team, and equipment to ensure that we're up to par, because your pet deserves nothing less.
