COVID-19 Update: You can count on us.

The impact of COVID-19 continues to affect our daily lives, and we know these are stressful times for many. We are all concerned for the well-being of our loved ones, including the furry members of the family.

We're often asked if we are still open and seeing appointments.  Rest assured that Brook Farm is open and here for your pets, from wellness care to sick pet appointments and emergency visits. We remain committed to caring for all animals in need while adhering to CDC guidelines for the safety of our staff and the families we serve.

To help keep everyone safe, we've made the following changes to our regular service:

CURBSIDE CONCIERGE SERVICE

When you arrive for your visit, please call us from your car to let us know you're here. After we've checked you in, a veterinary technician will come out to bring your pet into the hospital while you wait in the car. You have the option of speaking with the doctor on the phone during their exam. Once we're finished, we'll go over any medications prescribed or additional recommendations before bringing your pet back out to go back home.

Please follow CDC guidelines before and after your visit. This includes keeping a 6-foot distance from our staff and washing your hands and/or using hand sanitizer before and after your visit.

Please do not visit the hospital if you are sick with a fever and/or respiratory symptoms (cough, difficulty breathing). Please call us to make alternate arrangements for your pet's care.

DROP OFF APPOINTMENTS

At no additional cost, you can arrange to leave your pet with us for the day while they have their appointment. Your pet will be closely supervised by the Brook Farm team and receive lots of love, care, and attention during their visit. You will be called by the doctor when they are ready to go home.

TELEMEDICINE VIRTUAL VISITS

We are now offering telemedicine appointments for all clients, especially those under quarantine or at high risk for exposure. The convenience of a video conference with the doctor will help us address your pet's needs while protecting your health. Please call us to arrange an appointment.

TOUCHLESS ORDER PICK UP

We want to be sure that your pet has their medication and food. Please call us to place an order, or use our mobile app to make a request. You can retrieve your items from our designated pick-up area and maintain safe social distancing.

DIRECT SHIPPING FROM OUR PHARMACY

We can ship almost anything directly to your home for no additional fee by ordering through our online pharmacy. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Due to reduced staff, we are unable to approve orders placed through other vendors. Popular retailers such as Chewy and 1-800-Pet-Meds are overwhelmed by a surge in orders. This makes it nearly impossible for us to respond to and approve requests due to extended hold times. Please place your orders directly through our online pharmacy to ensure fast fulfillment.

WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE

Please anticipate extended wait times during appointments, phone calls, and emails. Many of our staff are working remotely in accordance with CDC guidelines. As such, there may be delays as our remote staff communicates with our on-site team to coordinate care. We appreciate your patience.

On behalf of the entire Brook Farm family, we hope you and your family are healthy. Thank you for helping us do our part to keep everyone safe during this pandemic.

Patterson's Only AAHA-Accredited Animal Hospital

Unlike human hospitals, veterinary practices have no requirement to be evaluated by an independent organization or the government. At Brook Farm, we devote time, energy, and resources into our facility, team, and equipment to ensure that we're up to par, because your pet deserves nothing less.
